Alana Carter is highly motivated. She is dedicated to helping others be successful while building the "American Dream" of home ownership. There is no situation too big or too small for her. She has extensive experience with new construction homes, land purchases, investment properties, and selling homes. Alana joined the Windermere team in 2012 and her main goal remains the same: To help people in her community with all their real estate needs, from buying their 1st home to purchasing investment properties.
From a very young age she understood the value of investment properties and the power of home ownership. At 20-years old she bought her 1st home. She bought her 2nd home just a few years later, and since then has built a custom home. Alana’s 1st home was a rental property for 10 years, and now she owns an apartment complex.
